Optimus in a family with children means supervised support — homework help, play companionship, and safety monitoring. It is not a babysitter and should never be left as the sole supervisor of young children.
Age-appropriate roles
- Ages 3–5: Supervised play in marked safety zones, song time, toy cleanup
- Ages 6–9: Homework desk organizer sessions, reading aloud, snack prep assist
- Ages 10–12: Study accountability, chore checklists, sports gear organization
- All ages: Bedtime routine cues (pajamas, teeth, story time) with parent present
Safety setup checklist
- Install Child Safety Zone Beacons in play areas and bedrooms
- Set supervision level by child age in family profiles
- Configure homework station with desk organizer and tablet stand

- Run the 30-minute family safety orientation with kids on day one
Never leave young children alone with Optimus. A parent or responsible adult must always be within line of sight for children under 12.
